The project accords with the country’s top ten industrial revitalization plan, epitomizes on the national policy-oriented, able to increase the income of the national economy, and improve the level of local employment, therefore, the construction of this project is essential.This article intends to understand the development status of the warehousing enterprises on the basis understanding of the relevant theoretical and practical application of project cost control in the system, illustrating the importance of the study. Research costs at home and abroad is reviewed to identify the entry point of the study. On this basis, the use of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combination, a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, field survey method to enhance the project cost control, strengthening project cost control help to increase the profitability of the project, reduce the waste of resources; will also help improve the comprehensive management level, and enhance the overall strength of the project.
