According to the requirements of the 13 th five year plan for the development of the logistics industry in Tibet Autonomous Region,it is necessary to increase the investment and policy preference in the logistics industry,further promote the regional trade circulation,and ensure the supply of important materials,so as to form a logistics service system with complete functions,safety and green,and reasonable layout.XX county is located in the northwest of Changdu,which is an important channel connecting Qinghai Province and Naqu region.Therefore,combined with the geographical location and social and economic development needs of XX County,the construction of logistics center project of XX county is proposed.However,in the actual construction process,due to the special plateau climate,high-standard ecological environment protection,high-quality logistics service,high-quality logistics service,high-quality logistics service,high-quality logistics service and so on Complex construction conditions make project cost and schedule control face different difficulties in different stages.This article takes the XX county logistics center project as a case to evaluate the comprehensive effect of the project’s cost and schedule management,and analyze the reasons for the deviation.First,I sorted out the related concepts and theories of cost control and earned value method;then based on field research and project-related data information,compiled the project schedule and cost plan;finally selected three check points to apply the quality earned value method to this Project case analysis.The application of the earned value method found that there were serious quality problems in the earthwork project at the first checkpoint,and the re-construction of the original project caused an increase in labor costs and material costs.At the second inspection node,some new materials were used to meet the requirements of heat preservation and energy saving,which increased the material cost.After analyzing the deviation of each inspection node,corrective measures were proposed.The cost and schedule of the project at the third checkpoint are effectively controlled.In general,the project is a well-completed project within the set time and within the scope of requirements and funds.Finally,it points out the safeguard measures for project cost schedule management from four aspects: organization,technology,personnel,and safety.This article has a positive effect on the project cost schedule management of XX County Logistics Center.Through the guidance of theory to practice,it promotes the application of project schedule theory in practice,and verifies that the earned value method has a strong effect on the construction of the project.
