With the continuous development of economy,China’s industrial structure is also constantly changing.How to realize the transformation and upgrading of the industry is an important problem facing China.The logistics industry and energy industry are the pillar industries of China’s social economy.Accelerating the steady development of the two industries and improving the industrial development environment are the basis for regional development.This paper deeply analyzes the symbiotic mechanism of the logistics industry and energy industry,taking Shanxi Province as an example,studies the symbiotic development relationship of the two industries,and analyzes the symbiotic mode and its characteristics;based on the analysis of the development status of the logistics industry and energy industry in Shanxi Province,puts forward reasonable countermeasures for the mutual development of the two industries.Through two aspects of literature review,on the one hand,there are researches on Symbiosis Theory at home and abroad,on the other hand,there are researches on the interactive development relationship between logistics industry and energy industry.Taking Shanxi Province as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the symbiosis relationship and development of logistics industry and energy industry.Firstly,based on the theoretical analysis framework of industrial symbiosis,the mechanism of symbiosis between logistics industry and energy industry is investigated,the symbiosis degree and symbiosis coefficient are introduced,and the symbiosis degree model and logistic model are introduced;then the improved symbiosis model and maximum environmental capacity model are constructed.Taking Shanxi Province as an example,based on the panel data of the logistics industry and energy industry in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2018,this paper explores the symbiotic relationship between the two industries,compares and analyzes the development situation in the independent state and symbiotic state,and calculates the maximum environmental capacity and symbiotic degree of the two industries.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The symbiotic relationship between logistics industry and energy industry can promote the development of the two industries.Under the condition of symbiosis of energy industry and energy industry,the development space of both sides is expanded.(2)The logistics industry and energy industry in Shanxi Province present an asymmetric symbiotic relationship.The symbiosis degree of energy industry to logistics industry is greater than that of logistics industry to energy industry,that is,the influence of energy industry to logistics industry is greater than that of logistics industry to energy industry.The two sides belong to asymmetric mutualism and gradually tend to symmetric mutualism.(3)By comparing the differences between the independent development and symbiotic development of the two industries in Shanxi Province,this paper reveals the characteristics of the symbiotic development of the two industries and their symbiotic relationship,provides theoretical support for the establishment of the integration development policy of energy industry and logistics industry in Shanxi Province,and further explores the interaction mechanism of energy industry and logistics industry and the feasible path to the steady-state development of the symmetric and mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship It lays a theoretical foundation.
