Study On Risk Management Of The West13th Road Construction Project Of Zibo New District

Start with the basic concepts of project risk management, this thesis combings the theoretical results in current project risk management and studies, discusses the general theory and methods of project risk management.Based on theoretical research,this thesis studies the risk identification of the West13th Road construction project of Zibo New District.The procedures and methods of the project risk identification are studied, Expert Judgment Method, Checklist Method,SWOT Analysis,Fault Tree Analysis are used comprehensively in the risk identification of the West13th Road construction project of Zibo New District;The study finds that risks the West13th Road construction project of Zibo New District facing are management risk, environmental risk,technical risk, economic risk and other risk.The risks above present as schedule risk, cost risk, quality risk and security risk.Further study on risk assessment on the West13th Road construction project of Zibo New District is carried, including determination of risk indicators, index weight and evaluation method. This study uses AHP Method to determine the weight of the risk index of the West13th Road construction project and Evidence Theory to take fuzzy evaluation of the project.Also the problems in risk management of the West13th Road construction project of Zibo New District are discussed. Combined with the experience and inspiration of road construction projects both at home and abroad, feasible strategies to perfect the risk management of the West13th Road construction project of Zibo New District are proposed, including risk mitigation, risk transfer, risk aversion, risk retention and risk utilization.Finally the thesis ends with a summary, further studies are prospected combined with the limitations of this study.
