Vehicle Selection Research Of Large-scale Equipments Transportation

In recent years, large-scale equipments transportation are required strongly with China’seconomy developing, especially accelerating the pace of construction of basic industries suchas electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy. These equipments are high value, highprecision, bulky, complex, integrated and weight. The transportation of these articles todestination is relation to the economic development, the progress of the project and evensocial stability, people’s lives and property safety. Judging from the logistics operation in theform of large-scale equipments, highway transportation is required before reaching thedestination whether the articles are manufactured in foreign or domestic. So, how to choosehighway transportation of the large-scale equipment vehicles is a very theoretical andpractical significance of the subject.Combined with the knowledge of the learned, and the experience of specific projectoperation in the internship, this paper researches the factors of vehicles selected, model,evaluation methods, the system design on the basis of a lot of reading relevant documents athome and abroad.It Aims to provide some theoretical basis and technical reference for futureresearch.It analyzes the current situation of large-scale equipments transportation and vehiclesselecting at home and abroad, and pointed out that the research content and significance oflarge-scale equipments transportation vehicles to choose firstly; Secondly, it analyzes themain influencing factors of the Highway large-scale transportation vehicles, including goods,road conditions, bridge and Economic factor; Next, it proposes respectively the trailer andthe tractor selected methods and model of highway large-scale equipments transportation.This model is based on the factors affecting the choice of the vehicles and the experience ofspecific project operation; Then, it proposes the evaluation method and scheduling barriermeasures, analyze indicators of evaluating vehicles selected, and propose the steps of theapplying language variables to evaluate vehicles selected. Finally, it designs Vehicle selectionmodule is the part of highway large-scale transportation decision support system. It analyzesfunctional modules of the system, the hardware and software environment of systemdevelopment and the structure of database relational table.
