As knowledge into market competition in the 21st century the most advantageous resources,large construction engineering project team to pay more and more attention to knowledge learning,large construction project itself has lasted long and complex environment,organize team temporary,personnel source across organizations,professional structure and varied characteristics,such as how to ensure the project team members with changes to the project teams and maintain the ability to learn,to achieve maximum knowledge transfer,the effective use of the old knowledge,the creation of new knowledge has become a problem to be solved.From the perspective of ensuring the continuous learning of project team members,this thesis discusses the connection of knowledge learning before and after the dissolution of large construction project teams.Firstly,it defines the concept of connecting knowledge learning before and after disbanding a large construction project team,and analyzes its connotation,content,subject,process and characteristics.At the same time,the concept of the linking effect of knowledge learning before and after the disbanding of large construction project teams is defined.Second,using literature analysis,brainstorming,questionnaire survey method extracted from personnel,knowledge,environment three dimensions,summarized,analyzed the knowledge transfer,knowledge receiver,relations between knowledge learning cohesion subjects,knowledge,learning environment,the influence factors of knowledge characteristics of five aspects,put forward the influence factors and knowledge learning cohesion effect path hypothesis,construct structural equation model.Data were collected through questionnaire survey,and the model and its hypotheses were verified by using IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical software.The following conclusions were drawn:Trust,knowledge innovation,knowledge absorbing ability,ability of knowledge acquisition,knowledge will,forget degree,knowledge expression,knowledge of transmission channels of large construction project team before and after the dissolution of knowledge learning cohesion has a positive influence,specially.Use sex,complexity,tacitness,cultural differences,organization structure,the differences between the knowledge structure of large construction engineering project team before and after the dissolution of knowledge learning cohesion effect has a negative impact;Finally,based on the analysis of the verification results,strategies and safeguard measures are proposed to improve the linking effect of knowledge learning before and after the disbanding of large construction project teams.This study has certain reference value for the research on the knowledge learning mechanism and the linking mechanism of knowledge learning before and after the disbanding of large construction project teams,and has certain inspiration for the research on the knowledge management field of large construction project teams.
