| Accompanied the increasing progress of information technology in our country, some new technology had been used in modern service industry. More and more automatic terminal service machines appeared in our daily life. This made the modern service industry went into unmanned gradually. The automatic medicine machine emerged against this background. However, in our country, because of the deficient publicity and citizen custom in purchasing medicine, the automatic medicine machine did not popularize in a wide-range currently. So that, the developing of automatic medicine machine in our country was not so well as some developed countries, such as European, US and Japan. Therefore, for the better developing of automatic medicine machine, it needed further research, no matter on design or function.The automatic medicine machine could partly reflect medical system revolution in our country and ease the tense situation about supply-demand relationship between doctors and patients. It also could help some patients achieve remission and recovery regarding their own state of illness without going to hospital. For that reason, based on the principle of Man-Machine Engineering, this thesis analyzed the characteristics of users and discussed how to design a humanized automatic medicine machine so that it could accord with human requires. This thesis also provided reference designs for related machines. Specific work content is as follows:(1) Confirming the users of automatic medicine machine through marketing research and other methods. Confirming the direction of coming design after the deeply analysis of users’characteristics.(2) Designing and analyzing the functions and programs of automatic medicine machine so that it could meet requires and provide more well service.(3) Utilizing the Man-Machine Engineering theory and confirming the size of every part in automatic medicine machine. According to the body size of users and confirmed the size of machine and screen and the layout of other hardware. Conducting a humanized analysis and research to the main part, for provide the more convenient service. Combined with the technic characteristics and environment requires, analyzing the shape, color and space position of automatic medicine machine.(4) Conducting the draft design and analysis to the main part of automatic medicine machine. Designing and rendering the final sketch with the computer helpIn a conclusion, this thesis regarded the user needs as foundation. Combined with knowledge of Man-Machine Engineering, it conducted an overall analysis and research to automatic medicine machine and designed a machine that could meet more human needs. In the research process, it paid more attention to combination of theory with practice and avoided the knowledge becoming imagination. Further, it provided some reasonable and valuable design principles. Make sure the size of every part could reach the standards of Man-Machine Engineering so that it could provide more convenient and fast service. Also, it could provide a good basis for popularity of automatic medicine machine in our country. |
