Research And Analysis Of Medicine Tubes Packaging Machine For Re-arranging And Delivering

As an important part in package mechanism filed,package machine for medicine attaches high importance to precision,stability,and automation.Devices for delivering,as the start of package machine,plays a key role in having packages delivered in a row to ensure the packaging process to run efficiently.At present,researches for sorting and delivering devices have made some achievements all over the world,such as magnetic vibration-actuated feeder,planet gear for feeding.However,passages about devices for sorting atypical packages are rare.Operations related to such packages are in the charge of hands,which makes it difficult for sanitation and automation.Aiming at achieving full-automation in sorting and delivering atypical packages,which would improve the efficiency of whole packaging system,this passage will do some research in feeding medicine tube packages.Main works will be explained as follows:(1)Make some investigations about current feeding machines,including design principle and relevant theory.Learn about the typical character of aimed tube packages and do some experiments on the basis of maximum stable posture principle.Put up three project design for sorting and delivering device and choose the optimal one to do further research.(2)Make analysis on the technological process of feeding structure.Make detailed explanation about the design principle and functions of aimed machine on account of delivering key technology.Decide on the parameters and structures of every part in feeding machine.Choose four-bar linkages structure as the actuator and do necessary force analysis for tube packages both in sorting stage and delivering stage.(3)Use ADAMS to optimize the length of four-bar linkages to promote its stability and transmission performance.Reduce the vertical and horizontal error based on MATLAB.Discuss the spaces existing in revolutes and make suggestions for processing and manufacturing process.(4)Put up a new structure for sorting and feeding without changing the outside appearance of original machine to lift efficiency and explain the design principle and technological process of the new structure.(5)Make virtual models in UG and analyze the specific structure of sorting structure and delivering structure.Verify the capability of the device for sorting and delivering to ensure the feasibility.
