The Design Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Machine

Nowadays when we use traditional Chinese medicine for hot treatment in domestic, the heating of medicine most of time base on the artificial, and with the help of nurse to conduct hot treatment repeatedly, not only makes the treatment process is not continuous, but also spent lot of the working hours of nurses.In the paper, we use micro-controller as master chip, with the temperature sensor, by the induction heating method, to achieve the automatic control of the temperature of liquid, and meanwhile, using the mechanical hand to replace nurses from the hot treatment. Through the liquid crystal display, voice prompt function to achieve human-computer dialogue, by the ground, electrical isolation and thermal protection to ensure the safety of patients. Meanwhile using modern scientific identification of medicine to validate the transdermal absorption of the hot treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment machine we developed, basically realizing the automation, mechanization control of the iron therapy, and through the HPLC we have proved that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the transdermal absorption of hot treatment is present.
