This text analyses five aspectscontaining， reliability， response time， service span， the service radius directlyrelated with the passenger comfort.The text Conducts a survey of the existing conditions of public transport inHarbin， and analyses vehicles status， line status， traffic status， site status of6busline throughout bus system of the Harbin city from the coverage area， After then，this text selected bus service level analysis model to determine theghthreshold， whichrealizes the entire calculation process through computer programming.using thesoftware analysis6bus lines，and verifies the availability of the software.
