| In recent years,with the development of social economy,there is a strong demand for logistics market in rural areas of China.Rural logistics network node is a public infrastructure that provides storage and distribution,transfer and distribution,and vehicle distribution for rural areas.It plays an important role in promoting the two-way and convenient circulation of urban and rural materials,ensuring and improving people’s livelihood,helping rural targeted poverty alleviation and serving agricultural modernization.Township transportation service station undertakes the logistics transfer service function of connecting the county at the upper level and the village at the lower level in the whole rural logistics network node system.It is an essential link to ensure the normal operation of rural logistics.Therefore,the research on the location optimization of township transportation service stations is of great significance to improve the intensive transportation management and efficient distribution of rural logistics and promote the high-quality development of rural logistics.The main research contents are as follows:firstly,interpret the basic concept of township transportation service station,determine the six key influencing factors of location based on logistics elements such as people,vehicles,goods,stations and lines,and analyze the basic theory of coverage in the location of township transportation service station;Secondly,it constructs the preliminary location idea based on GIS technology,and uses spatial analysis technology to preliminarily select the location of township transportation service stations from the distribution of residential areas,the distribution of commercial facilities,topographic and geomorphic characteristics,so as to screen out some alternative locations suitable for construction at the geographical level;Furthermore,the coverage attenuation function is introduced to improve the maximum coverage model,establish a multi-objective location optimization model with the largest logistics demand,the smallest fixed construction cost and the lowest transportation cost covered by the proposed Township transportation service station,set relevant constraints,design a non dominated genetic algorithm NSGA-II to solve the model and carry out optimization analysis of alternative locations;Finally,taking the location optimization of township transportation service stations in Linwu County,Chenzhou City as an example,the solution results of different location schemes are analyzed,and the best construction scheme is compared with the solution results without considering coverage attenuation,which proves the feasibility of the model constructed in this thesis.In this thesis,GIS spatial analysis technology is used to process and analyze the data of influencing factors of site selection,so as to realize the preliminary site selection of township transportation services and create a set of alternative locations.Under this preliminary selection mechanism,a site selection optimization model considering coverage attenuation is constructed to realize the optimization of site selection.The research content enriches the facility location theory,which can provide a basis for the government or enterprises to make location decisions in real life. |
