Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural leisure tourism and county tourism have become important economic growth poles.In order to implement the strategic requirements of transportation power and deepen the integration development of transportation and tourism,we should improve the county tourism transportation infrastructure network and optimize the supply and quality of tourism public transportation services.In view of this,this paper studies the organization and planning method of county tourism public transportation network,and constructs a tourism public transportation network with clear function,smooth connection,convenient accessibility and high service quality,which is conducive to improving the accessibility of county tourism resources,improving tourists’ travel satisfaction and practicing the development concept of green tourism.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the county tourism transportation system.By analyzing the interactive relationship between tourism system and transportation system,the paper analyzes the requirements of county tourism on public transportation combined with the macro policy background,county tourism resources and transportation basic conditions.Nearest neighbor analysis,Kernel density analysis,and Gini coefficient are employed to quantitatively analyze the agglomeration characteristics and equilibrium of the spatial distribution of tourism resources in county areas.Social network analysis is introduced to study the relationship between tourism resources,revealing the spatial distribution characteristics of tourism resources.Considering both the value of resources and the supporting facilities of resources,the evaluation model of the importance of county tourism resources is established to classify the tourism resources.Combined with the questionnaire survey and network data collection,this paper analyzes the characteristics of tourist attributes,travel structure,and temporal and spatial changes of passenger flow,and reveals the main characteristics of tourism activities and transportation.Through the SP and RP survey,the paper analyzes the travel demand of tourist county tourism public transport,including the stages of network planning and design,operation organization,and service management.Structural equation model is used to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between individual socio-economic attributes,travel preference attributes,tourism activity attributes and travel choices.The county tourism activity chain is divided into five categories according to the type of travel destination and the number of activity points,afterwhich a double-layer Nested Logit model of activity chain type and travel mode selection is established considering tourists’ psychological perception of travel mode.Then the quantitative analysis of the influence of various factors on the joint selection is conducted,especially on the influencing factors of tourism public transport.Based on the model,the public transport travel share is predicted.The paper designs the travel service chain of county tourist,including the travel mode between the departure place and the scenic spot,and the spatial flow mode between the scenic spots,and clarifies the key points of the tourism bus line network organization of different travel chains.The nodes of the county-level tourist bus network are sorted out,and the organization methods of the tourism flexible network and the basic network are proposed.The basic network with express,trunk,branch,and microcirculation lines are analyzed in terms of functions,the relationship between nodes and lines,as well as the operation mode of all levels of lines.This paper analyzes the line characteristics and applicability of the spatial overlap relationship,cross relationship and other relationships between the tourism public transport network and the existing bus network in the county,and expounds the characteristics and applicability of the three connection forms of the two public transport networks: common line operation,feeder operation and district operation.Then,the appropriate form of the connection form between the tourism bus network in the central city and the peripheral areas of the county and the urbanrural bus network is proposed.The paper analyzes the influencing factors of the county tourism bus network layout,and summarizes the characteristics and applicability of the four layout forms of radial,tree,ring and network.Considering the requirements of tourism travel on the service level of bus routes,a road service level quantitative evaluation system is established from the three aspects of road landscape value,road comfort and road landscape heat.The multi-objective optimization model of county tourism public transport network layout is constructed with the objective of minimizing the travel time cost of passengers and maximizing the average service level of lines.According to the functional hierarchy of tourist bus routes,an alternative line generation algorithm based on multi-path set is designed to store express routes,trunk routes,and branch routes respectively.By converting multi-objective functions into single objective,the route set is updated and optimized with genetic algorithms to obtain the optimal route solution.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified taking Lishui District of Nanjing as an example.
