Research On Digital Process Planning Based On Product Three-Dimensional Model

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology integration, especially manufacturing enterprises in-depth application of three-dimensional CAD technology, the digital manufacturing technology based on the products of three-dimensional model have become the trend of the development of enterprise information. Compared with the traditional technology design method, three-dimensional process design technology has incomparable superiority to improve production efficiency and product quality, reduce costs, ensure that the enterprise collaborative design and manufacturing data sharing. On the basis of the current research about three-dimensional design technology at home and abroad, this paper explored and studied the theoretical method and implementation system of three-dimensional process design. The main contents and results were as follows:(1) Explored the construction technology of three-dimensional process model, analysis of the method of generating a blank model and the principle of process model establishing based on manufacturing features. Studied the generation principle of feature machining element, and explore the process planning method based on feature machining element.(2) Analyzed the information types of three-dimensional process model, the technology of using attribute expressions method to define and storage the attribute information of models are studied; explored the definition methods of combined symbols of process information, analyzed the three-dimensional annotation technology for design information and combined symbols of process information, and achieved the visualization expression of the manufacturing technology information. in three-dimensional environment.(3) Based on the requirements of data management in three-dimensional manufacturing pattern, analyzed the building forms and information types of process database; studied the management framework of three-dimensional data based on Windchill system and explored the Publishing Technology of dynamic process model based the ProductView platform; realized the integrated management and application for three-dimensional data.(4) To achieve the three-dimensional process design system based on secondary development technology of Pro/E software, introduced the realization methods of each function module, and verified with the example.
