With the development of modern manufacturing technology, more and more enterprises begin to study and use MBD technology. MBD technology, a new manufacturing technology based on the three-dimensional model, can effectively solve the problem of separation between design and manufacturing existing in the traditional manufacturing methods. The application of MBD technology not only can save cost and improve production efficiency in the premise of ensuring product quality, but also can realize the sharing of product design and manufacturing data resources. Therefore, MBD technology is becoming a trend in the machinery manufacturing industry.Based on the parts of large flow of oil and gas alternated flush tank which is applied to cleaning the fuel pump of aircraft engine, this thesis studied the method of constructing process model, information labeling of three-dimensional model and process planning of part after analyzing the actual status of enterprise. This subject adopted NX secondary development technology with vc++tools in the NX platform to achieve the design of flush tank components process system. The main contents are as follows:(1) Based on NX software and AutoCAD software, the thesis aims to build a three-dimensional model and a two-dimensional parameter map of flush tank. The generation method of the stock model with each process step is discussed.(2) Based on the PMI of NX software, the thesis aims to achieve the labeling in design information and process information of flush tank parts, and completed the expression of information in three-dimensional model of flush tank parts.(3) By using Access database, a process database is built, which is used to store the manufacturing process information, and in turn makes organization and management of data and information more convenient. By programming language, it can achieve a seamless connection to the NX software.(4) Based on NX secondary development technology, the thesis completes the process design and interface design, and also accomplishes the design of the process system of flush tank parts. Meanwhile, it makes an introduction of the function of the various modules of the system.
