| With the development of intelligent manufacturing,the current domestic enterprises represented by aerospace have gained some achievements in the digital research and development.However,the digitization and intellectualization of military and private enterprises are still relatively low in general.Now companies still use two-dimensional drawings as the main tool and three-dimensional as the supplemented tool to products.What’s more,the development and process model needs to be reconstructed during the process of simulation and NC machining.Process model worked as a bridge connecting design and manufacturing,its design efficiency has a significant impact on the products’ entire production cycle.In order to realize the rapid establishment from three-dimensional design model to the process model,this paper selects the shaft parts as the research object,and uses UG platform,feature recognition technology and secondary development technology to take the MBD design model as a single data source for three-dimensional Process Model Establishment and System Development.Firstly,this paper has summarized the concept of MBD design model,classified the machining features of shaft parts,and established the MBD design model by used the method of feature modeling.Secondly,this paper used a feature recognition method based on feature ergodic by combined with the analysis and research of typical feature recognition algorithm.This method application of two development techniques to achieve feature traversal,established machining feature library through feature modeling,used group technology to encoded of design feature and processing feature library.In the end,feature matching is realized by mapping.The process route of parts is decided based on genetic algorithm,with the least process model as the optimization objective.This paper used the function of UG WAVE to reverse the establishment of three-dimensional MBD process model by studying the modeling method of process model.Finally,this paper is implement the development and strength verification of the whole system by using the two development technology of UG.The feature recognition module and the process model modeling module are developed,and through an example to verify he feature recognition algorithm and the genetic algorithm which can achieve the feature recognition and the process route decision,and the establishment of three-dimensional MBD process model is completed through the UG WAVE function and the process modeling module.In this paper,a three-dimensional MBD process model system is developed by using UG platform.The correctness and rationality of the feature traversal’s feature tracing method and process model established by WAVE function is verified through practical examples.This can help the craft personnel to quickly establish the process model,which is of great practical value. |
