Nowadays, the economy wave has swept across and come, open and competitive market environment has brought the severe test and challenge for the manufacturing industry. With the development of machinery manufacturing technology and the impact of growing economy lever, the requirement for the complexity and accuracy of managing the assembly system is increased in order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Flexible automatic assembly system of mechanical product is a discrete time dynamic system, and how to effectively manage and maintain it is a system engineering consuming time, expense and energy. Many problems is faced with by current mechanical product flexible automatic system, such as large investment cost and the complexity of manufacturing process and the system’s structure. Aiming at these problems, an operation evaluation system for it is built to establish a set of comprehensive evaluation model for the running state of the assembly system and to ensure the system in good condition. And this provides a theoretical support for the integrated health management of the system.First of all, the operation state of the system are respectively studied from three aspects (man, machine and material), the indices of reliability, material distribution abnormality and personnel disturbance affecting. The hierarchical operation evaluation system for the system is established, and its state is taken as the final evaluation goal. On this basis comprehensive evaluation model based on Bayesian networks is founded. And then, through the reasoning of the model, the system state index number and the probability of its potential anomalies can be obtained. And the feasibility of the model is verified by an example. Finally, on the theoretical ground of the model mentioned above, the framework design and function design of the integrated health management information system for the system researched is put forward based on OSA-CBM to realize efficient integrated health management of the system. This provides a reference model and implementation approach for the comprehensive evaluation of the assembly system.
