The fourth industrial revolution promotes the development of manufacturing industrial,which has ushered in a new opportunity.Workshop is particularly important for the development of manufacturing industry,because it is the production core and the interest source of manufacturing industry.There are characteristics of complex product form,changeable process flow,and uncertain production process in the discrete workshop,and the internal information of the workshop cannot be obtained and processed in real time,which makes it difficult to grasp the operation status of the workshop and increase the difficulty of workshop management.The generation of digital workshop digitalizes the production resources and production process and gives intelligent features such as Internet perception and transparency to the workshop,and then it breaks the situation of information island which provides technical conditions for obtaining the operation data of the workshop and comprehensively understanding the production and operation status of the workshop.Therefore,in view of the above research background and problems,this thesis studies the health evaluation system of digital workshop from the perspective of production and operation,so as to help workshop managers grasp the weak links in the production and operation process of digital workshop in real time,and promote the digital workshop to operate healthily.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the architecture of digital workshop,summarizes the characteristics and data acquisition technology of digital workshop,and constructs the framework of health evaluation system for digital workshop based on the analysis of the needs in health evaluation for digital workshop.Secondly,this thesis designs a basic health evaluation index system from five dimensions of quality,cost,time,efficiency and flexibility according to the design principle of index system.During the designing,this thesis refers to the comprehensive evaluation theory and combined with the production and operation process of digital workshop.On this basis,the minimum mean square error method and AGNES algorithm are used to screen the significance and independence of the evaluation indexes respectively,so as to further form the health evaluation index system of digital workshop.Thirdly,according to the health evaluation index system of digital workshop,AHP is used to calculate the index weight of each layer,and then the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model is applied to build the health evaluation model,and design the health evaluation process.Then,this thesis verifies the health evaluation model through a case and gets a comprehensive health evaluation result.Finally,based on the above research,this thesis analyzes the functions of the application system and builds the system architecture.On this basis,using database and system development technology,the prototype system of digital workshop health evaluation is designed and implemented.And the visual evaluation results are obtained efficiently and accurately,so as to form a digital workshop health evaluation system including the construction of index system,evaluation model and system implementation.It provides an intuitive reference for the dynamic grasp of workshop operation status and support of production decision-making.
