Study On Basic Construction Project Management Pattern Of The Transfer Of Universities In Shaanxi Provence

The basic construction which is an important part of the constructions of University is also the support and carrier of teaching and scientific research. In recent years, college infrastructure faces the constant changing of working object, environment and social requirements, therefore exploration of college construction management pattern which not only meets college’s characteristics, but also adapts to the requirements of the times becomes necessary. Especially for the transfer of universities in Shaanxi province, project management level which was affected by many factors lags behind the needs of practical work, therefore exporting the infrastructure project management patterns which suit for the transfer of university in Shaanxi province is very important.Based on this background, this article conducts an intensive study on the management pattern of the transfer of basic construction of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Provence. First of all, according to information searched from a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, we made a outline of the connotation and characteristics of project management, and then we give a detailed introduction of the main characteristics, functions and particularities of the university basic construction project management. Secondly, based on the analysis of the situation and problems of the transfer of basic construction of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Provence the transfer of colleges and universities in Shaanxi province, we propounded a proposal on the transfer of basic construction of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Provence from four aspects:the investment management, quality management, schedule management and contract management, hoping there can be certain references and reference values. Finally, combined with the present situation, management mode and management processes of the basic construction management of Xi’an Petroleum University,we undertook a case study of the transfer of basic construction management of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Provence and put forward a suitable management mode for the transfer of the universities construction.The result of this research for the transfer of colleges has strong references and lessons from a meaning. Especially for the transfer of colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, as the construction of new campuses is actively promoting and basic construction is a arduous task, the practical work is in great need of the results of this study as theory support. At the same time, the research results which contain extensive application value, after experiment in small areas, can provide references for many domestic transferring colleges.
