Research On The Evaluation Of The Maturity Of Infrastructure Project Management Of Local Universities

At present,the serious shortage of infrastructure in local colleges and universities in the central and western regions is the bottleneck in the development of schools.Due to the heavy construction tasks,the lack of financial resources,the relatively lack of personnel for infrastructure project management,and the low management efficiency are problems.In order to effectively solve these problems,this article makes a scientific and objective evaluation of the management status of local college infrastructure projects,so as to find a way to improve the management level.Based on the similar research at home and abroad,the thesis selects the maturity evaluation method from the perspective of the construction unit to carry out the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the local university infrastructure project management.The thesis constructs the evaluation index system of local university infrastructure project management maturity and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on project management maturity;and carries out the maturity evaluation by taking an infrastructure management project of a local university in the central region as an example,focusing on the outstanding management.Problems,propose solutions and measures.The thesis research can be used as a reference for local colleges and universities in terms of improving the efficiency of project funds and improving the level of infrastructure management.The research results of this paper can provide a direct and scientific basis for the decision-making layer of local colleges and universities to make decisions on many issues of infrastructure project management.The established maturity evaluation system has certain demonstration significance and reference value for many central and western local public universities to carry out infrastructure construction management evaluation.
