The automobile industry is one of the key industries of our national economy. At present, under the market economy condition, the mode of production changes from one species, large quantity, small batch to many species, small quantity’many batches and the each assembly or part of automobile must be adapt this kind of change, therefore, the each utomobile factory recognizes that the flexible manufacture technique is so important to be continuously applied in the production practice.The frame assembly is one of the key part in the commercial vehicle bedrock system, therefore it is called back of the commercial vehicle and the beam is called back of the frame assembly.The traditional beam manufacturing technology is to use the large pressuring machine and mould to blanking, punching, and forming to the sheet, commonly the sheet is single size or multiple size, general purchased from the steel factory,The shaping or the bore machining of the frame beam is one-off completed in a set of molding, taking shape adopt a set(equal section beam)or two sets of molding tool(changing section beam), the this kind manufacturing process and the mould structures be applicable to the mode of production of single species, large batch only,it can’t satisfy the production request of many species, can’t adapt the product quickly update or change, so it is conflict with the current mode of production.Author at the basic in investigate domestic and international manufacturing technique of the commercial vehicle beams and all things considered make use of the existing equipment of SQM, put forward a set of integrity project of flexible manufacture technique to commercial vehicle beam:1)The first kind of technology is based on making good use of the existing equipments, adopt a new flexible combine mould technology to press, and research the new structure combination moulds. The new technology lean achieve multi species beams to blanking, punching, and forming, and punching, boring and numerical control punching machine can be chose to process holes according to the output and the product structure and Bending machine bending (change width frame). Currently SQM mainly adopts this technology to make various frame beams. This technology and combination moulds structure is also the main research object in this task.2)The second kind of technology is to recommend the new technology of Nc bender, which have been adopted universally in the Euro-American automobile factories, to replace the traditional technology with moulds Part process, but this technology should be one-off cost large fund, only can carry out step by step, SQM prepare to adopt this new technology to produce heavy automobile flame beams.In this thesis, the initial blank of the beam of the K38automobile frame is calculated with sheet metal forming simulation solution Autoform Inverse method and the formability of the work piece is also evaluated. The full forming process is simulated with Autoform increment method to evaluate the formability of the part and the potential forming defect in the forming process. As the result the try time is greatly shortened and the product quality is also improved.
