| Hot stamping is a new technology which can achieve stamping forming with high strength steel plate,an effective way to obtain high strength stamping.The new technology is achieved by heating the steel to the austenitic temperature and then transferring to the tool which have the cooling system rapidly to deform.The choice of quenching process parameters has the significant impact on part’s mechanical properties.This paper focuses on which is a door frame reinforcement of one car as the research object,which is made of high strength steel and researches the factors influencing hot stamping via simulation by ABAQUS.Then,the cooling system parameters are chosen by orthogonal optimization with the stage of quenching cooling rate and cooling uniformity as the evaluation standard.First,hot stamping simulation model of frame reinforcing plate is established by ABAQUS,which can provide the temperature field.The distribution of the temperature field is researched.Second,solid model and fluid model is set up at the same time in the software of ABAQUS.The temperature field distribution of the blank after quenching is analyzed,then using the collaborative Simulation Engine of ABAQUS to achieve hardening phase heat flow and solid coupling.On the basis of this method it has carried on the simulation work cycle,determining mold of dynamic thermal equilibrium temperature as the initial temperature field.Finally,the cooling system parameters such as the geometric parameters of the cooling system and the holding time holding pressure are chosen.With the orthogonal optimization method,this paper presents a result which has a better effect on hot stamping.And then the optimization results are simulated. |
