| With the development of the stamping technology, there is an increasingly high qualityrequirement for the mould. Considering the practical manufacture requirements of theenterprise, the progressive die of watch parts is designed and developed with moderndesign methods in this paper, and the key technologies for progressive die design arestudied, which aims at promoting the technical progress and the productiondevelopment of the enterprise.Firstly, the design procedure and method of the progressive die of the watch parts, aswell as the main questions in the progressive die design are introduced. Then theapplication of the modular design method in the mould design field is researchedemphatically, the modular design process is provided, the product serial type spectrumis created, module division is completed, and all the modules are designed. On thisbasis, the progressive die of the level selecting spring of the watch is designed, whichverified the feasibility and the validity of the modular design method.In this paper, SolidWorks software is used in3D modeling and parametric design ofthe progressive die of watch parts, which provided powerful support to the modulardesign method application in the progressive die design.In the last of this paper, for the difficulty in manufacture and assembling of progressivedie of watch parts, several unique mould structures of the watch parts are designed byauthor, which overcomes the difficulty well in the practical production and achievednational patent.The research achievements in this paper have important referential meaning for moulddesign and manufacture in the watch industry and other related industry. |
