Study On The Construction Safety Supervision Management Information System

Construction safety is the inevitable requirement of social development,and itreflects the idea of "people-oriented" and concerns the safety of people.Strengthening the construction safety supervision can reduce the accidents andcasualties,which is beneficial to build a harmonious society. In the implementationprocess of construction safety management will produce a lager number of date andinformation, including construction safety supervision policies andstandards,building units basic information,safety production license,“Three Kindsof Staff” and special operations staff basic information,construction site safetychecklist and other information.With the high speed development of constructionindustry, construction project becomes more and more complexity, so theconstruction supervision departments faced a lager number of informationprocessing work, which reduced the efficiency. To solve the problem, theestablishment of construction safety supervision management information systemalready become the government’s urgent task for enhancing the safety supervisionlevel.This article firstly analyzed the current situation of construction managementinformatization and safety management informatization,learning from the foreignconstruction safety management informatization experience, analyzed the existingproblems of China’s construction safety management informatization and thegoverning situation of laws and regulations in construction. Using the theory ofBuilding Lifecycle Management and Knowledge Management,analyzed theconstruction safety knowledge management and the demand of information buildingof government safety supervision.Then, the article further analyzed the function ofconstruction safety supervision management information system, including:construction laws and regulations management, administrative work, safetyproduction license management,“Three Kinds of Staff f” and special operationsstaff management and construction safety supervision management. Based on theanalysis of work process and system function, the paper proposed a system buildingplan form the aspects of the system overall framework, function module designing,data center building,and user permissions.Finally, from the angle of legal protection,organization and system safety,the article analyzed the security measures for thesystem implementation.
