Research On Construction Project Safety Supervision System Reformation

Safety manufacturing constitutes one the key part in the building of socialism harmonious society, and as the pillar industry of economy, construction safety has been always a major concern of this people and scholars involved therein. The implementation of safety supervision system is a wise move to reinforce construction safety management, minimize safety accidents, ensure construction safety. Since the implementation of Construction Project Safety Management Regulations and Several Comments to Implementation of Safety Supervision Responsibilities in Construction Project, construction safety has been improved dramatically. Nonetheless, construction safety supervision system still has flaw and need to be improved due to immature of related laws and regulations in construction project safety area, disorder in construction market, lack of acknowledge and understanding of safety supervision. This paper conducts detail analysis to the problems in the course of safety supervision system implementation, and come up with related countermeasures and suggestions.This paper first analyzes China construction safety management situation then introduces the safety supervision system together with its situation and problems. This paper uses Game Theory and Fuzzy Mathematics Method as theoretical supports, starts with the flaws and failure of existing safety supervision system, suggests counter measures to safety supervision system.
