Missile-borne computer is the core component of the large equipment such asmissiles. Its performance directly affects the overall performance of the advantagesand disadvantages of missiles and other weapons systems. Therefore, prior toassembly of the system, its completeness and coverage testing is particularlyimportant.The ATS of missile-borne computer is the key equipment in the testingprocess, mainly to complete the test of the missile-borne computer on the variousfunctions.Under the control of the computer, it can detect the test parameters of themissile-borne computer. It improves the overall test efficiency of the missile-bornecomputer, and thus provides a strong guarantee for the reliability work of themissile-borne computer.Based on a detailed needs analysis of the missile-borne computer controlcombination, this paper not only introduced the overall design program of thesystem, but also proposed some test methords about the circuit of missi le-bornecomputer. PXI measure and control combination is the core of the entire test systemhardware. Together with the high-precision calibrator and high-performanceoscilloscopes and other equipments is built the entire test system. PXI DMMmodule, PXI multiplexer module and the CPCI serial communication module iscomposed of the PXI measure and control combination.This test system not onlycompleted the normal function of the missile-borne computer, but also to evaluatethe quality of the signal of the serial communication signals, switch signals in thedifferent working conditions, in order to meet the task of testing missile-bornecomputer. In hardware design, the CPCI serial communication module not onlycompletes normal functional testing of the missile-borne computer’s serial ports,but also provides the communication baud rate which can be adjusted for the serialdata output, in order to achieve the missile machine serial communication interfacebaud rate tolerance test, so it improves the performance of the extreme conditionsof the test system. In the study of test methods, according to serial communicationsignals, the digital output signal and the analog signal, some testing methords are proposed. Using the high-performance oscilloscopes, serial communication signalwhich transmitted on the serial communication bus is monitored by the testtemplete. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the baud rate tolerance, the testprogram is picked up about the serial port baud rate tolerance test, and do theexperiments of baud rate tolerance with the standard RS-422communicationsboards CI-132. Finally, the test results are gived.The test results show that, the ATS is designed reasonably and meets thedesign requirements after the joint commissioning in the laboratory.
