| Missile-borne computer is the center of communicating, signal processing andcontroling in missile electronic system, it is responsible for data acquisition, taskmanagement and control computation. The missile-borne computer’s performancedirectly affects the working conditions of the entire missile system. Therefore, Thereliability testing for the missile-borne computer is particularly important. Thestudying of the boundary test system for missile-borne computer is boundarytesting for performance index of it, and it provides a strong guarantee to improvethe reliability of the missile-borne computer. This thesis analysises the requirements of missile-borne computer testing indetail, and then proposes the general system scheme based on the core of the PXImeasurement and control combination. Meanwhile, the target of the system iscompleting the boundary test, which equiped with high-bandwidth oscilloscope,1553B bus analyzer, high-precision calibration source, electronic load, large powersupply and other equipments. The goal of this system is boundary testing for electrical parameters of sevensignals, such as electromagnetic relay signals, solid state relay signals,1553Bsignals, asynchronous serial communication signals, digital input signals, analoginput and output signals. This paper proposes different test methods for every testitems in seven signals, and designs the corresponding test subsystem for them, furthermore, it establishes a complete boundary test system. To meet the demand ofthe ectromagnetic relay signal’s testing, we develop a600high-voltage pulsegenerator module. Meanwhile, to measure their communication baud rate tolerance,we achieve fine-tuning of baud rate for asynchronous serial signals according to theuse of modify direct digital synthesis technology. Eventually, we complete thewhole measurement for the system under the control of LabWindows/CVIsoftware on the host computer.Overall system function test results show that all the system parameters meettechnical requirements, and we can play on the boundary test for missile-borne computer on electrical parameters. |
