Research On The Protection Regionalization In The Conservation Planning Of Histroic Cultural Heritage

The historical cultural heritage conservation system which formatted Undercurrent law and policy could be roughly divided into tree levels: cultural relicsconservation units, historical cultural blocks, and historical cultural city. The purposeof conservation planning, a special development plan, is leading the developing ofhistorical cultural heritage toward better direction, to continue its essence. However,the protection regionalization as the mandatory requirements in conservation planningcan’t be implemented because of many reasons in the implementation process. Thereasons include the numerous planning, orderless planning gradation, the legalconcepts were confused, lack of operability, lack of convergence with urban planning.So, the planning enforcement and the effect can’t be guaranteed.The first part recalled the course of development of conservation planning ofhistorical and cultural heritage, analyzed the problems and its reasons in drawing upthe protection regionalization in the conservation planning through instances. Thesecond part provided the inspiration and reference through summarizing theexperience of conservation planning of historical cultural heritage by investigatingand research domestic and international instance. The third part raised the principle,based on systematic analyzing the theory and instance, of delimiting protectionregionalization in the conservation planning of historical cultural heritage. After that,against specific issues of protection regionalization put forward countermeasures andsuggestions in some aspect, include the preparation system, the legal concept,planning convergence, and to delimit boundaries of protection regionalization. Thelast part researched the details of how to implement the protection regionalizationthrough the study of Zheng Yang Men Conservation Planning Framework.
