Study On Improvement In Cultural Relic Buildings Conservation Zong Of Urban Design Method

Cultural relic building is an important part of historical and cultural resources,it’s protection needs enough space and land. However, land shortage lead tocontradiction between them during the rapid urbanization process.Therefore,reasonable confirming the protection scope of cultural relic building and make surethe protection scope coordinated with urban environment seems to be particularly forimportance. The protection regionalization of cultural relic building include protectiverange and development control area，which is the basic guarantee for the safety ofcultural relic building and environmental features of the historical site.But, because ofthe complexities of cultural relic building itself and administrative systems, there aremany problems with compilation and implementation of the protectionregionalization.This paper aims at discussing basic theory of protection regionalization and itspractice situations, existing methods for demarcation of protection regionalization aresorted out and sum up the problems occurred. Based on current methods andintegration with relative fundamental theories and method of city design，puts forwardsome improvement measures to coordinate the environment of regional spatial.The main contents of paper include three parts: first, hackle existing methods fordemarcation of cultural relic building protection regionalization combined with somecases, and put forward existed problems at present stage, the problems mainlyincludes neglect peripheral environmental factors, no connection with other planningsand the faul between regionalization spatial with urban environmental；The second,construc theories：research elements of the body and the surrounding environment,learn cultural practices and related laws and regulations on protection of the ancientarchitecture, thus urban design analytical methods as the basis for this study; Thethird，the paper try to propose improvement measures and suggestions，includingcombine with different administrative levels programming and design for regionalspatial according to the urban design method.
