The opening and cutting materials are the first step of the whole wooden furniture manufacturing, but the traditional opening and cutting materials mainly rely on "hand sliding table saw, big band saw " and other production equipments and methods which have been unable to adapt to the wooden furniture’s current market demand for accuracy, big output and high efficiency. Therefore this paper against opengning and cutting wood materials’processing of wooden furniture manufacturing, based on HNC-8platform, is expected to develop integrated manufacturing system which achieves processing for board and other materials from cutting task arrangements (design drawings) to the automatic precision machining,what is more the system can achieve green processing, optimized layout, automatic control, simple operation and other results to improve production efficiency, sheet utilization and product quality.This theory analyzed the current development of domestic and foreign woodworking machinery industry, as well as domestic market demand for woodworking machinery, against the processing requirements for wood opening and cutting, made the CNC technology use during control systems of woodworking electronic saws. The article proposed hardware and software design for woodworking electronic saw special CNC system and do developments of the PC software. According to the characteristics of special CNC system, this paper conducted technical studies from the following aspects:First:Study processing features of electronic saw’s machining processes, put forward overall design for woodworking electronic saws’special CNC systems.The articale analyse the hardware and software structure of NHC-8system, propose application framework for NHC-8platform’s special CNC system, build development environment of woodworking electronic saws’special CNC system on VS2010based on the use of HNC-8API and MFC on HNC-8platform.Second:analyse the characteristics and needs of dedicated CAD/CAM modules of electronic saws’special CNC system, design a special CAD’s drawing data model and drawing operation algorithm to achieve wood cutting diagram modeling and drawings deletion, drawings insertion, drawings modification and other editing operations, combined the processing of "one size fits all" with CAD drawing data features to design dedicated CAM module,in order to achieve the functions such as automatic generation of code and automatic adjustment of the processing order, established the foundation for modern production from interactive mapping system to the automatic processing, from optimizing the layout to materials management.Third:Studies two-dimensional layout optimization algorithm which consistent with processing of "one size fits all", integrated advantages and disadvantages of lowest level algorithms, genetic algorithms, simulated annealing algorithm, proposed annealing genetic algorithm optimization typesetting based on the judgement of the lowest level algorithms, achieving the optimized layout module which is suitable to the system.Fourth:design dynamic process simulation module and Real-time monitoring alarm module of special CNC machining systems to display the processing status and automatic processing instructions into the boards, alarm monitoring module function. While the papper designed the manual testing module and I/O displaying module, provided the convenient operation and intuitive display for debugging and analysis.Fifth:he paper use the system in the actual processing, practice proves that the application of this system not only achieve the desired objectives, but also ensure the processing accuracy of board opening and cutting machining,and improve the material productivity of the wood. |
