| Many kinds of wooden processing CNC woodworking machinery are developing to a high precision, high quality, high efficiency and high integration direction. The research on devices of Woodworking CNC Machining Center can accelerate the mechanization process of woodworking machinery in China. Tenon and contour are two pivotal and complex parts of woodworking processing, therefore, research on their CNC processing methods contains important significance and practical value in the woodworking field.The overall design of CNC devices is made, determined the hardware programs of the three-axis vertical open CNC devices and software structure programs for every machining function's modular designing.Analyses on the structures and processing procedures of Various of tenons in woodworking field and its machining process with Metal-cutting CNC machine tools are made. A parametric translocation method of tenon process is explored, which could achieve translocation process to finish tenon machining of a workpiece's four surfaces: up, down, left and right, when the workpiece is put vertically, and achieve the goals of simplifying machine tool structures, reducing cutting tool types, and improving efficiency. So that an three-axis CNC machine tools, with translocating clamp, can achieve most features of five-axis CNC machine tools'.Analyses on internal and external contours'processing methods are made, presents a CAD interpolation method, directly extracting incremental coordinates of points from a contour's CAD drawing, using the incremental coordinates of each point to control processing, which could make tool path self-planning, so that can combine contour's segmental machining together and finish the tool interpolation and rough interpolation before CNC device's automatic machining, which could leave out intermediate links ,so CNC processing methods'feed rate can be enhanced.Visual C + + 6.0 is used to complete the CNC device software design, two modules of software are designed and debugged separately.Simulations are made on vertical tenons, horizontal tenons and craft's outline. Simulation of a sofa handrail is made, and the experimental results are consistent with the expected designing goals. |
