The reason why turning and milling compound machining has become A field of the most perfect development of compound machining technology is turning and milling compound machining technology is based on the traditional lathe processing,adding the rotation axis,namely A and B axis,so the turning and milling compound can not only realize the turning processing,but also can realize the milling processing,thus realizing the linkage processing.Woodworking turn-milling compound has many advantages,such as fast adjustment speed,short processing time,high processing efficiency,and one clamping can realize multiple surface processing.It can complete a variety of processing tasks,to achieve three-dimensional production,Turning and milling compound machining compound current development trend.In this paper,through the analysis of woodworking turn-milling composite technology to design and develop a woodworking turn-milling composite system for woodworking development.First of all,this paper determine the woodworking turn-milling compound system process parameters through the analysis of woodworking turn-milling compound process.By studying the typical woodworking processing technology and referring to the mature CAM software,the woodworking processing process module was created to realize the purpose of fast processing of different shapes of parts,and the tool path path generation flow of the woodworking turning and milling compound was designed to solve the processing problem of the free-form surface generation in the woodworking processing.Secondly,Taking free-form surface machining as an example,the API functional interface provided by Solid Works to users is used to write the algorithm of free-form surface cutter point extraction,that is,the pre-processing stage.According to the structural characteristics of the cutter point data,the linked list container is defined to store the acquired cutter point data for subsequent processing.Thirdly,The kinematics modeling of woodworking lathe and milling compound machine tool was carried out,and the solution was obtained through the homogeneous coordinate system transformation algorithm.The tool location file was converted into the motion of each axis of the machine tool,and a series of parallel curves were interpolated into helix by using the free-form surface interpolation algorithm.Then the format conversion process in the post processing module is studied,and the output is processed into the code that can be used for machine tool processing.Through the above process,the post processing function of woodworking turning and milling composite CAM software is realized.Finally,the demand of woodworking turn-milling composite system should be analyzed,and the structural framework of the system should be determined according to the demand.The interface of "Solid Works API" is used to realize the secondary development based on the "Solid Works" platform,and the developed functional modules should adapt woodworking processing features.The main functions include file management,tool path management,system setting,post-processing and processing simulation five functional modules.Finally,the processing center of table and chair legs developed by the manufacturer is used as the platform to improve the function of the system in practical application.
