The clothing manufacturing industry of China develops really fast since last decade. China is used to playing a very important role in the world’s clothing OEM markets. However as the time being, our clothing industry is changing from labor intensive to be high value added industry. Nowadays, people’s needs for clothing is not only focus on the basic protection level, but pursue the elements like individualization and fashionable. Therefore, the increasing of profits for clothing markets is based on the diversified clothing expenditure, as a result, improving clothing designing, discovering new modeling methods, increase brand connotation and value added contents, is a necessary way to create domestic clothing brand and develop it to international brand.This article is based on structured language and imported clothing morphology ideas, which will give a detailed analysis on structured language, clothing morphology and clothing3D shaping. In order to have a conclusion on analysis, this practical study is realized by3D shaping technology executed on structured language. This paper provides valuable experience on operational technology and skills by means of contrary structuring, transferring hiding, Biomimetic synthesis, structuring extraction and interactive merge. This paper generalized the following conclusions through practices. Firstly, clothing3D shaping technologic instruction and practical experience in application will provide new ideas on clothing3D shaping ways and developing its design potentials. Secondly, the operational regulations of clothing3D shaping plate making can bring valuable experience for bringing free plate making into this new industry. Thirdly, the3D operational regulations of clothing plate making can record the sudden inspiration at any time during making, which has the characteristics of high success ratio, direct shaping effect, easy operation, easy adjustment and future request of clothing development on diversification.This paper puts the structuring language element into the application of3D clothing shaping with innovation. Based on experimental and practical operations, this paper stresses on analysis and verifies the benefit of3D clothing plate making. It also points a way to raise the value of design and internationalization in national clothing industry combined with market. In order to realize China’s clothing industry to be international and become powerful design country, I believe we must apply international plate making method into design, take designing brand as a pioneer to lead national brand and cater for international clothing market. This paper also forecasts and foresees the trend of3D clothing plate making method and computer aid3D plate making. For sure in the near future, this will become a developing trend internationally.
