From Clothing Pattern Making To Architectural Design

Although clothing and architecture exist independently,because of the basic needs of human beings,they have the same basic attributes: shelter and accommodation of the body.Hegel once called clothing "mobile architecture".It can be seen that the essence of clothing and architecture is the same in methodology.How to construct a new relationship between them is the research desire of the paper.The paper consists of six parts.Introduction: The purpose,significance,content and current situation of research at home and abroad are introduced.The first chapter: The interpretation of Semper and Loos' architectural theory to explore the historical origin of clothing and architecture;The second chapter analyzes the connection between the two fields through the commonalities and differences between analog clothing and architecture,and serves as the theoretical basis for cross-border experimental design.The third chapter: the clothing design and the architecture design interpenetrate,from the theory research to the case analysis,through the epidermis,the structure and the philosophy concept to further interpret the relevance of the two fields.The fourth chapter: the garment plate as the research entry point,so as to explore the architectural context of the space "plate." Chapter 5: This chapter is the graduation design part.Based on the theoretical research of the first four chapters,experimental design is carried out,and the design of this old building is completed with prefabricated modular combination.The renovation of old buildings should not only stay in the exploration of architectural forms and shapes,but also fully conform to the local regionalism,which is the return of human nature and the reappearance of the spirit of place.Through modern means to cope with the spatial upgrading of the village itself,it provides a unique space carrier for the old buildings,stimulates more creative inspiration of rural culture through the innovation of places,and reveals the possibility of implementation based on modern architectural theory and construction framework.
