| As a kind of weak magnetic mineral separation magnetic separation equipment,vertical ring high ladder magnetic separator opens a new router to solve the selection oflow grade, weak magnetic and fine grained mineral. For its high separation efficiency,large concentration ratio, uneasy blocking, and strong adaptability to fluctuation of lumpsorting grading and density,this equipment is widely use at mainland and abroad mineplant.But the equipment also presents some problems, such as large energy consumption,complex structure and difficult maintenance, which are poor green performance problems.In order to improve the green performance of vertical ring high gradient magneticseparation machine and apply the optimizing green design, we develop a comprehensivegreen degree evaluation for mechanical product design system, according to the greenproduct life cycle assessment theory.This paper mainly includes the following aspects of content:Fristly, from the current situation of research and application of high gradientmagnetic separator at home and abroad, the analysis of the vertical ring high gradientmagnetic separation machine design scheme, use the concept of green product design anddevelopment, adhere to the principle of green design, combine with the specific process ofmechanical product development, base on the green design idea of mechanical productdevelopment model, and apply it to the vertical ring high gradient magnetic separatorperformance optimization design.Secondly, follow the evaluation principle of the evaluation system of green products,refer to the green degree evaluation model of mechanical and electrical product, combinewith the characteristics of the mechanical product design and development, quote newevaluation indexes--the technical attributes and human-machine attribute evaluation indexset mechanical product green degree evaluation index system, put forward to the greendegree evaluation model of the mechanical product which in design stage. And then, study the basic structure and working principle of SDФ1000vertical ringhigh gradient magnetic separation machine, analyze the relationship among all stages ofmechanical products’ life cycle, resources, energy and environment, apply the concept ofgreen design and Solidworks2010three-dimensional technology, optimize the materialselection, magnetic system structure and energy consumption of magnetic separationmachine, such as the optimized excitation system save energy by21.60%.Finally, the purpose of the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluatethe green degree of ring high gradient magnetic separator optimization scheme, calculatethe combination weight of evaluation index, establish evaluation index of bottommembership function and threshold, finally to analyze and summarize various index scores,test the feasibility of evaluation system and the design scheme, put forward the ideas andsuggestions of design improvement. |
