With the rapid development of economic globalization,the adverse effects of mankind on the natural environment and the consumption of natural resources have also continued to increase,and problems such as resource shortages,environmental pollution and ecological deterioration have become increasingly exacerbated.Therefore,the Chinese government is continuously increasing its supervision and encouraging enterprises toward green high-quality transformation and development.As of June 2019,the number of cars per 1,000 people in China has reached 178,and the average age of cars has risen to 5 years.Automobile maintenance companies have shown a blowout growth.In the rapid development,they have gradually shown their huge resource consumption and negative impact on the environment.Therefore,more and more automobile maintenance companies have begun to incorporate green transformation into their company development plans.Although the concept of green transformation is highly respected,there is still a lack of relevant research and standardized implementation methods for how to help automobile maintenance companies to scientifically evaluate their own degree of green development and help them find the direction for improvement.To this end,this article takes automobile maintenance companies as the object to carry out research on green degree evaluation methods,build a green degree evaluation system for automotive maintenance companies,and carry out relevant application demonstrations,which are of great significance.First of all,it analyzes the characteristics,status quo and green requirements of automobile maintenance enterprises,and designs the phased implementation goals of automobile maintenance enterprises’ green degree,as well as the overall plan that is expected to be completed in nine years in three phases.Among them,the first three-year goal is to plan and form the foundation for the greening development of enterprises;the second three-year goal is to control losses,eliminate waste,and avoid environmental pollution;the third three-year goal is to continue Improve greening index and undertake company social responsibility.According to each three-year goal,the corresponding basic greening requirements are designed,and a three-tier green degree evaluation index system including the target layer,the criterion layer and the index layer are constructed.The goal of this article is to achieve the first three-year goal and task to carry out the research on the evaluation method of green degree of automobile maintenance enterprises.Secondly,according to the greening development goals of automobile maintenance companies and its three-stage development plan,the first-phase green degree implementation framework has been studied and constructed,and formed a target layer of the first phrase,with six greening criterion layers,including operation management,energy utilization,material utilization,economic cost,safety,and pollutant treatment,as well as 20 index layers for the above six criterion layers.Through collecting a large number of standard requirements and enterprise data,this article researches and designs evaluation standards,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each criterion layer and index layer.Thirdly,it studies the multi-layer and multi-index fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for company green degree goals.Taking one automobile maintenance company as an example,the relevant research methods are used to carry out statistical analysis on the company’s implementation of green degree improvement in recent years.The results show that in the three years from 2017 to 2019,Implemented company has achieved greater green degree transformation results in operation management,material utilization,safety and pollutant treatment,which has significantly improved the overall green degree of Implemented company Level.After implementing the improvement of company green degree,the implemented company has saved related expenditures and achieved better economic benefits and company reputation.During the first phase of the green degree improvement process,we discovered the internal connection between the key indicators of the company’s green degree implementation,as well as the positive and negative correlations between the key indicators.For example,in order to increase the indicator "power consumption per unit output value",after improvement actions have been taken to reduce the total power consumption,the proportion of renewable energy usage to the total power consumption has increased,that is,the indicator "renewable energy utilization rate" indirectly increased.And,in order to improve the quality of maintenance,strict control of the quality inspection work before delivery increases the frequency of internal repairs,meanwhile,the requirements for hazardous waste management are raised,which caused the maintenance man-hours extended,resulting in the increase of maintenance cost per unit vehicle.But at the same time,it also reduces the repair rate after delivery.Through the analysis of the potential links between the indicators,it is found that the indicators "internal repair rate","renewable energy utilization rate","employee safety","power consumption per unit output value" and "green maintenance organization and system construction" are the key indicators of the green degree evaluation and improvement of automobile maintenance enterprises.Of course,there is still a lot of development space in terms of green degree for the indicators of energy utilization and economic cost,which has been regarded as one of the key directions for enterprises in 2020 or the past three years,and the enterprise will pay attention to the common development between the key indicators of green degree and their correlations indicators,which has been incorporated into the design and implementation of the second-stage green evaluation system.
