Hot blast stove is the key not for hot blast stove of blast furnace ironmaking production one of the heat exchanger. Since the introduction of Nippon steel external combustion hot blast stove, HuoGeWen internal combustion hot blast stove, card Lu Jin top combustion type hot air stove, and other advanced technology of hot air stove, successively for domestic model according to the specific situation to carry on the long-term research and development of hot air stove. In this paper, the internal combustion hot blast stove design and installation of steel structure made a detailed research and analysis, from internal combustion hot blast stove steel structure design principle, the use present situation and the problems and countermeasures are studied, for blast furnace ironmaking production in our country has made outstanding contributions. Combining with the finite element analysis, the structure of the cell diversity analysis, and consider the entire analysis under various load.
