| With the improvement of people’s living condition,the better qualities of hoses have beenincreasing demanded.while the current single cylinder hosiery machine are not qualified toproduce the hoses of better quality.Therefor it’s urgent to upgrading the single cylinder hosierymachine.The research on the single cylinder hosiery machine remains empty untile now inhome.The muti line hosiery machine can significantly improve the hose’s qualities and knittingefficiency,it present one possible way for the machine to improve efficiency.The research on thesingle cylinder hosiery machine can provide the theoretical principle for improving the quality ofit.With the elastic dynamic analysis and optimal design of the circle institution,the hosiery issignificantly promoted in efficiency.Therefor this paper is of great significance.This paper based on the study of hosiery’s knitting technology and how to redesign thehosiery’s cam system,needle selecting system,yarn feeding system so that the hosiery havebetter performance.firstly this paper studied how the circle institution of hosiery machinecooperate together to finish the circling process.then we redesigned the hosiery’s camsystem,needle selecting system,yarn feeding system.based on this we studied the loop structureand loop tension of the hosiery. Further more,we optimal designed the key circle institutionbased on the elastic dynamic analysis of it,so the hosiery can have better performance in knittingefficiency.finally to testing the hosiery’s knitting performance,we applied the high-speedphotography to it.this paper mainly focus on the content listed below:(1) Analysis how to convert the single needle hosiery machine into the muti-line hosiery machineby remodeling the cam system,needle choosing system and the yarn feeding system.(2) Theoretically analysis that by performing the muti-line process how the loop structure of thehose would change; analysis that by performing the muti-line process how the tension of the loopwould change; analysis that by performing the muti-line process the hosiery machine wouldchange when doing all kinds of process;design the process index of the muti-line process.(3) Applying the elastic dynamic analysis methods to the loop forming system to analysis howthe tension change during the loop forming process;building the Contact-impact model of the cam and needle to describe the interact process,based on this analysis the interaction betweenthe cam and needle during the process.what’s more applying a suitable method to optimizedesign the cam and needle to promote the performance of the muti-line hosiery machine.(4)Applying the high speed Photography technology to the muti-line hosiery machine to analysisthe needles movements during loop forming process.the methods would lead to theDisplacement curve, speed curve and acceleration curve,analysis those curves turned out that themuti-line hosiery machine is Reliability and validity.This paper combine the theoretical analysis with experimental studies which reached theexpected achievements.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the design of the muti-linehosiery machine. |
