Research And Development Of Assembly Teaching&Field Management System

Assembly is an important part of mechanical product manufacturing process.Assembly quality and efficiency have a great influnce on product performanceand production efficiency. During traditional assembly process, assembers dotheir work rely on two-dimensional assembly drawing and assembly processdocumentation, it often takes a long time to be skilled. For large and complexmechanical product assembly, the information that assembly drawings reflect isnot intuitive, which causes the problem of misunderstanding and nonstandardassembly operation.With the advent and development of digital assembly technology, hopefullyenterprises can connect product design, assembly planning, process orchestrationand production environment arrangement in series as a whole, predict andoptimize the entire process before physical production, and put assemblyaimulation results in assembly teaching, thus improving the efficiency ofassembly, avoiding assembly erro, thereby reducing product costs and improvingcompetitiveness. This article finished the following work aiming at assemblyteaching system:First, it analyses the needs of assmebly teaching system on function,software and hardware. Nails down the development goals of the system,determine the work flow of the assmebly teaching system, design the run modeand function structure of it.Second, it analyses the data structure and source of the assembly teachingand filed management system from the perspective of digital assembly project,involved the data of assembly model structure, Tecnomatix process planning andassembly video data, the assembly process detaile design and assembly filedmanagement data, etc. Established the data conversion interface between variousaspects of the digital assembly project, and design the database table of thesystem according to the requirements of assembly teaching system.Finally, using ASP.NET technology, study the search extraction algorithmof assembly process data; design the clear, interactive and convenient assemblyteaching interface; realize the main function of the assembly teaching systemlike assembly task management, assembly teaching, filed management, etc;develop the assmbly teaching and filed management system.Using two-leveledgear reducer as an examples to verify the system. According to enterpriserequirements, design the typical product process of the enterprise and release it using the teaching system, relizing the practical application of the teachingsystem.
