At present,many vocational colleges are greatly influenced by the traditional teaching mode,mainly based on theoretical knowledge,teachers are taught in class,students learn to listen to lectures,which leads to the fact that students are not good at abstract thinking,independent thinking and learning enthusiasm.Moreover,the number of learning small CNC machines is far less than the number of students.The teaching of onlookers and cramming teaching makes most students "unable to hear or understand".Therefore,the teaching mode of Vocational Colleges and universities is to be reformed to improve the students’ learning efficiency and study effect.Therefore,this paper introduces the concept of CAXA digital teaching factory,and applies information-based teaching methods and information processing methods to realize digitalization of digitalized teaching and intelligence of parts processing,and improve the ability of digitalization of students.Has been engaged in the NC professional teaching work,the specific circumstances of the NC professional teaching content and students are very familiar with,and has been committed to the inquiry teaching mode of school enterprise cooperation,and laid a good foundation for the application of the teaching mode of Vocational colleges NC professional CAXA digital factory.In the course of the study,the paper first analyzes the background of the application of digital teaching mode in vocational skills training,and determines the value and significance of the application of CAXA digital chemical plant.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation of digital teaching of NC Specialty at home and abroad.Then,analyzes the facing target and occupation ability requirements of vocational school personnel training and the NC professional graduates after graduation,and analyzed the current situation and problems of numerical control specialty teaching,analyzes the causes of the problem.Third,given the digital factory concept and the necessity of construction in vocational skills training,and then according to the specific situation of vocational colleges,analyzes the overall structure of the process of digital factory construction and software,completed the construction of the functional modules of the design and experience center,for the follow-up in the course of NC Teaching the specific application of the foundation.Finally,taking the ashtray teaching as an example,the concrete application of CAXA digital chemical plant is given,which providesreference for the application of other courses.
