Research On The Perfection Of Chinese Legal System Of Biodiversity Adapt To Climate Change

Climate change has become a global problem. Climate change increases threat tohumans and ecosystems. Biodiversity is natural capital in the world, it is obviouslyaffected by climate change. To address climate change, mitigation and adaptation areeffective measures. Mitigation refers to take measures to reduce and stabilize greenhousegases. Mitigation is the most direct method of tackling climate change, so in this study,theoretical results are abundant. Adaptation is through their own adjustments to cope withthe outside world changes, by raising their own ability to adapt in order to reduce theeffects of climate change. Climate warming is a fact that, at the same time, climate changeis an irreversible process, therefore, to adapt to climate change is already placed in a moreprominent position, more and more brought to the attention of the countries.To adapt to climate change as an important means, although more and more broughtto the attention of the countries, but there is few research achievements in the field. Facingclimate change this present situation, the domestic to adapt to climate change from theaspects of biodiversity conservation research is not much, but in view of the legal systemfor protecting biodiversity to adapt to the climate change research is very few, the countryalso realized to protect biodiversity is one of the important measures to tackle climatechange, our country at present is also formulated the biodiversity protection national planon climate change, the solution will also be involved in the legal system aspect ofbiodiversity protection to address climate change. Therefore, our study biodiversity theperfection of legal system to adapt to climate change has urgent realistic need.In this paper, background of climate change on biodiversity and climate change, therelationship between the analysis of the legal practice of the Chinese to adapt to climatechange, biodiversity and the existing problems, and draw lessons from the experience ofrelevant countries, put forward China’s legal system of biological diversity to adapt to climate change perfect suggestion, for the biodiversity protection in China and as onclimate change.
