Application Of Situational Teaching Method In Diet Cultere For Tesching Of Chinese As A Foreign Language

The Chinese cultural is variety,which cover and contain everything,in which food culture is most people’s daily contact,and also very important for Chinese learners."Hunger breeds discontentment",Dietary culture is a window for Chinese learners to learn about China and learn Chinese culture.This requires that teachers teach in a simple and easy-to-feel way to make the classroom lively and interesting,and to keep the learners’ interest in learning.Situational Teaching Method focus on the creation of specific and vivid scenes,arouse students’ attitude experience,so as to help students understanding and learning.The application of Situational Teaching Method in the diet culture teaching,let students learn in the situation,in the experience of learning,can stimulate students’ interest in learning,give full play to the initiative of students,to achieve a multiplier effect.This is also conducive to students in their own lives to discover and explore the target culture,and the use of more skilled knowledge in communication.After all,communication is the ultimategoal of language learning.The diet culture contains a wide range,so the author selected three-eating utensils,the most important part of the eight cuisine,eating etiquette in such three aspects as the teaching content,try to show the diet culture with life,physical demonstration of the diet culture,the diet culture of pictorial representation,practice and experience the food culture,situational language description the way to enrich the classroom,enrich the classroom life,and write the teaching process in detail.The author will from the introduction,the necessity and feasibility of applying situational teaching method to Chinese diet culture teaching,situational teaching mode the creation of food culture,Situational Teaching Method used in five aspects of the diet culture teaching design and teaching reflection and conclusions were analyzed and studied.
