Dangerous chemical, as a special commodity related to all aspects of life, not only has been used in industrial production, but also has a variety of roles in the normal life. Hazardous chemical is different from general merchandise. It’s flammable, explosive and has strict rules in the production, storage, transportation, sales, and destruction. Based on this background, we give the management and the hazardous chemicals traceability system in-depth search to study the hazardous chemicals production safety. The thesis mainly explains the following sections:1) Study the key technology and arithmetic needed to build the whole system. They are:the supply chain of hazardous chemicals, the key factors on every phase of the supply chain of hazardous chemical, neural network and statistics arithmetic using to identify data exception.2) Give the hazardous chemical safety management traceable system an overall research and UML modeling. Make up the structure of the whole system and its subsystems, analyze the specific function of the system, then model the system in the way of UML3) Develop the whole system software. Explain the structure of the system in detail and give the software environment and the development language needed in this system. Then describe the system interfaces deeply and explain the function of the interfaces. At last, test the system with an example to prove the working condition of the system. |
