This article aims at the adoption of green engineering project management performance evaluation, determine a on enterprise project implementing green management performance evaluation method.This article first introduced the project background of green management and the project implementation of green management, analysis of the green engineering project management and traditional project management difference, focuses on how to build green engineering project management performance evaluation index system, constructed from the management effect, technology effect, environmental effect, resources effect, economic effect five aspects of the performance evaluation system, through the study of relevant literature, have been determined by using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the green engineering project management performance evaluation index weight, green engineering project management performance evaluation model.This paper combines the actual,on T chemical fertilizer plant of green engineering project management performance evaluation, through the analysis, put forward to further improve the performance of green engineering project management the countermeasure, also prove that the study of the evaluation index system of the utility. Green project management performance evaluation for the evaluation of engineering projects on the ecological environment provides basis, but also can be used as engineering project self-evaluation tool,is advantageous to the enterprise engineering project of continuous improvement and development.
