Intoday’s society, the emphasis on environmental issues, has not stuck in a particular country orregion, but the world-wide cooperation and efforts. In order to further reduce the negativeimpact of the economy on the environment in recent years, many developed countries onimports from the environmental and ecological aspects to certain restrictions and suppression,which undoubtedly businesses in developing countries at a disadvantage.China launched its reform and opening up30years, has made great achievements ineconomic construction, continuously improve the comprehensive national strength. Just pastthe "Eleventh Five-Year" foresight, planning, trying to get rid of the traditional "three high"mode of production and operation, people-oriented, the coordinated development of man andnature has become the main theme of China’s future economic and social development."12thFive-Year Plan" the same attention to sustainable development, in order to achieve theharmonious development of economic growth and environmental protection as the goal.In addition, cause a variety of human social activities on the environment, sustainabledevelopment received more and more attention. Full life cycle project contains numeroussocial activities, a variety of different projects from planning organizations to constructioncloseout process, the project as a running body, not least within the distribution and use ofmaterial and energy, and it its external environment and social impose far-reaching andcomplex. How to manage a good society is difficult to count the various projects, thechallenges facing the reality. Project management in order to promote the economic, socialand environmental development in the implementation of the project management process,to further strengthen the comprehensive consideration of system sustainability, greenmanagement is imperative.This study looks at the basis of the evaluation system of the green project management,the basic theory of management from the green paper generated concepts, objectives, theintroduction of the basic content of the green project management, green projectmanagement principles, features and implementation program as the theoretical base layfrom three aspects of evaluation methods, evaluation indicators and related construct a greenproject management evaluation system.The first part is the Introduction, which explains the main question, purpose and significance of research, research status, research methods and technology roadmap andresearch and study characteristics.The second part is the green management theory overview, which introduces thehistorical development of green management, the theoretical foundation, the connotation andcharacteristics of the target.The third part is the green management theory-based project management, including themeaning of the green project management features, significance, principles andimplementation procedures.The fourth part is the green project management establishment of evaluation system,which discusses the green project management method of evaluating indicators andcalculation.The fifth part is the conclusions of the study,including the main results of this study,some of the shortcomings as well as for green project management reflection.
