Solid Waste Pollution Prevention Legal System In China

Along with the rapid development of China’s economy and the people’s materialand production levels, our resources, energy consumption rising, the amount of solidwaste generated also will be increasing year by year, treatment and disposal of solidwaste is faced with severe challenges. Due to improper management, pollutionprevention and control work has not been done, the vast majority of solid waste bylandfill, stacking processing, incineration, doing so not only pollutes the ecologicalenvironment, but also caused great waste of resources. The reasons for this situation isthat our country does not improve the solid waste pollution prevention and control legalsystem and solid waste management means in line with the market economy. Incomparison, the developed countries in the prevention and treatment of solid wastepollution and the construction of the relevant legal system has taken a step ahead.Therefore, China should be based on the actual situation, combined with the advancedexperience of developed Western countries, establish and improve solid waste pollutionprevention and control legal system in line with the socialist market economy, and theestablishment of the corresponding administrative regulatory measures and stimulusmeasures. Legislation should be based on sustainable development and the circulareconomy as the legislative concept, trying to make up the legal loopholes in the lawsand regulations in China, the establishment of solid waste pollution prevention law. Andimplementation of the law, we want to adapt to the market economy should bemandatory solid waste administrative measures and economic measures.This article focuses on the perfection of the legal system of our solid wastepollution prevention and control, the text is divided into three parts, an introduction,body and conclusion. Introduction The main significance of this study, at home andabroad for the general structure of the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention Research andarticles three parts.
