Research On The Legal System For The Prevention And Control Of Electronic Waste Pollution

On the one hand,the popularization of electronic and electrical products brings convenience to the public;on the other hand,it also causes serious environmental pollution.Confronted with the increasingly serious problem of electronic waste pollution,China is in urgent need of improving the legal system of electronic waste pollution prevention and control,in order to promote the construction of ecological civilization and build a beautiful China.This paper defines the concept and characteristics of electronic waste and the legal system for the prevention and control of electronic waste pollution.It combs the present situation and existing problems of electronic waste pollution prevention law system in our country,and investigates the present situation of foreign legal system for the prevention and control of pollution by electronic waste and its successful management experience.It is concluded that the sound source prevention system,extension of producer responsibility,establishment of a multilateral participation and supplements to prevent cross-border transfers are the four aspects.On the basis of referring to the practical experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward three suggestions on how to perfect the legal system,supervision,management system and supporting system for the prevention and control of electronic waste pollution in China.
