| The employment problem is one of the most important problem in people’s livelihood, which is concerning in every country. In this paper, we formulated and analyzed two kinds of mathemat-ical models on employment by considering three variables, namely the total numbers of available vacancies, the employment number and the unemployment number. This thesis consists of two parts, the first established a labor employment model with the constant vacancies, the second established a labor employment model with the changing number of vacant position. The existences and sta-bilities of equilibria for the two models are discussed, how the unemployment and the employment number changing with the employment rate, unemployment rate and the available vacancies are also investigated. |
