Human has used of fossil fuels extensively for industrial mass production sincethe industrial revolution, the human activity leads to that original natural productionand absorption of greenhouse gases lost its balance, to produce a climate change ofglobal warming as the main feature. To this problem, if left unchecked, it is bound tobe a threat to human survival and development. Therefore, the countries around theworld began to join together to deal with this global problem, and formulated theUnited Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. However, since theenactment of the Convention starting, the international game of Climate change wouldgenerate. Because the Convention lack the specific measures to control climatechange, therefore, it is necessary to identify a international legal documents which hasspecific measures to control climate change to compensate this defect of theConvention-this is the "Kyoto Protocol". As a result, after the Convention,a greatinternational game happened during the countries in the world for negotiations todevelop and effect upon its signing of the "Kyoto Protocol". During the internationalgame of tackling climate change, negotiations to develop and effect upon its signingof "Kyoto Protocol" that emission reduction would be put into practical action thismajor international event is chosen for the study, This undoubtedly has greatsignificance for the international game of tackling climate change and the work ofhuman tackle climate change.The thesis includes introduction, body and conclusion. Introduction sectionintroduces the topics of reason and significance, research status, research ideas andmethods, and innovations.Body consists of three chapters:The first chapter introduces that the climate change and the international game oftackling climate change in the early period. First of all, this chapter briefly explainsthe concept of climate change, the discovery of climate change, the causes of climatechange and the negative impact of climate change. Then, the article brieflysummarized the political process of the climate change problem. Finally, the article briefly introduces the international game of tackling climate change in the earlyperiod.The second chapter introduces and analyzes that the international game of thenegotiations to develop period of the Kyoto Protocol. This chapter first introduces theorigin of the main game object the Kyoto Protocol and struggle and cooperation of thefirst three Conference of the Parties the Berlin conference, the Geneva Conferenceand the Kyoto Conference. Then, on this basis, the article introduces and analyzes thefeatures, causes of the international game of the negotiations to develop period of theKyoto Protocol, and evaluates the game of this period, also proposes some inspiration.The third chapter introduces and analyzes that the international game of the effectupon its signing period of the Kyoto Protocol. This chapter first introduces the hardgoing from the Buenos Aires conference to the Hague Conference, Americansuperpower was pursuing unilateralism to exit "Kyoto Protocol", compromiserepeatedly from Bonn adjournment to Marrakech conference after United Stateswithdrew from the Kyoto Protocol, struggle and cooperation of the last three theConference of the Parties before the entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol,"KyotoProtocol" took effect finally by the transaction between Russia and the EU. Then, onthis basis, the article introduces and analyzes the features, causes of the internationalgame of the effect upon its signing period of the Kyoto Protocol, and evaluates thegame of this period, proposes some inspirations too.The last part is the conclusion. In the conclusion part, the main points of thearticle are summarized and refined, this international Game of the Kyoto Protocol iscriticized, and propose warnings for the urgency of tackling climate change.
