This paper adopted Plant print identification technique, this work proposed astrategy of systematic analysis for the plant print macroscopic and apparentstructural study of12Liliaceae plants in Changbai mountain, that were: Alliumtuberosum Rottl. ex Spreng., Hemerocallis middendorfii Trautv. et Mey.,Hemerocallis fulva (Linn.) Linn., Hemerocallis minor Mill.,Hosta ventricosa(Salisb.) Stearn,Lilium davidii Duchartre, Lilium concolor var.pulchellum(Fisch.)Regel,Polygonatum sibiricum Delar. exRedouté, Polygonatum humileFisch.ex Maxim.,Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce,Smilax nipponica Miq.,Veratrum nigrum L., Disporum ovale Ohwi were observed and analyzed by ultrathinsection. The results indicated that the plant print of12Liliaceae plants had their ownspecial characteristics of peculiarity and exclusiveness. For example, the plant printof Allium tuberosum Rottl. ex Spreng. The epidermal anticlinal walls inlaid typewas H; the plant print of Hemerocallis middendorfii Trautv. et Mey.was type H; theplant print of Hemerocallis fulva (Linn.) Linn. was type H; the plant print ofHemerocallis minor Mill.was type H, the plant print of Hosta ventricosa (Salisb.)Stearn was type A; the plant print of Lilium davidii Duchartre was type H; the plantprint of Lilium concolor var.pulchellum (Fisch.)Regel was type H; the plant print ofPolygonatum sibiricum Delar. ex Redoute was type G;the plant print ofPolygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce was type G; the plant print of Polygonatumhumile Fisch. ex Maxim. was type A; the plant print of Smilax riparia A. DC wastype F; the plant print of Disporum ovale Ohwi was type A. Some evidence wasobtained for Liliaceae belonging to monocotyledonous plants from this perspective. The plant print could not be affected by objective external factors such asenvironment, growth conditions and different temperature, it could be very steadyand hereditary; the plant print was highly specificity, accuracy and stability, but hadcertain regularity in distribution. The Plant print was similar to human fingerprints, which had inimitability and exclusiveness. The Plant Print macroscopic and apparentStructural Study was reliable in species identification. For this reason, plant printidentification technique opened up a new apparoch, rapid and accurate for plantidentification.Experimental results showed that the plant print characters were not affected by the objective factors, such as environments, growing conditions, processingtemperature, which were genetically stable and permanent.the plant print not onlyhad great specificity, accuracy and stability but also some evolution rules. The plant print of stomata guard cell of monocotyledonous plant wasdumbbell type. The epidermis composed of long cells and short cells (cork-cells andsilica-cells). Short cells were among long cells. However, the plant print of stomataguard cells of Dicotyledons consisted of half-moon shaped guard cells, but the plantprint of guard cells of monocotyledonous plant composed of dumbbell guard cells. Inthe long-term evolution of botanical system, many monocots guard cells kepthalf-moon shaped.
