With the development of society, people’s efforts to develop the marine gradualincrease in the use and development of marine resources has become the consensus ofall countries and sectors. As an important marine research in one direction, the studyof the waves, is particularly important. Waves study is divided into data acquisitionand data analysis of two major aspects. This article focuses on the data acquisitionpart of the waves made. Waves of data collection can be used in a variety of ways,which buoy acquisition system with its most reliable, most stable, and relativelyefficient advantages to become the most commonly used method in a variety ofmeasurement.This topic is relying on the State Oceanic Administration, three meters landmarkproject in Jiangsu Province, marine environment monitoring and forecasting center inJiangsu sandbank waters sea meteorology, ocean dynamic environment andhydrological parameters such as the measurement of project. The buoy system isbased on the waves data acquisition based and equipped with a variety ofmeasurement sensors and a variety of oceanographic data of fixed waters throughoutthe day, automated measurement acquisition work.The buoy systems can be divided into two parts of the sea buoy platform andonshore receiving system. The content of this paper is part of the shore stationreceiving system, a brief introduction on the sea buoy system. This article the otherside of the station receiving system is roughly divided into four sections, each try tomake it modular, and provide adequate and convenient interface to the exchange andtransfer of data. These four parts, respectively: a communication module, a displayinterface module, a database module, the system management module. Systemdevelopment platform for VS2005MFC to develop the MFC itself provides a goodtemplate to modular software design, using MFC multi-document view templatedevelopment, the system has good data, views, and framework a modular package. Sodo a very good bedding for the subsequent development of the software.Buoy communication module describes in some detail, different from theprevious buoy receiving system is a point-to-point one-to-one transmission, thesubject of three different buoy and shore stations at the same time a kind ofcommunicationmechanism., To develop appropriate communication mode andprotocol based on Beidou communication characteristics and mechanisms to meet the requirements of the system.In this paper, the software interface design, were used since the painting and theuse of third-party interface landscaping tools, not rigidly adhere to a way to userelatively complex visual graphic design is mostly a third-party libraryon this basis,the development of secondary use of the system requirements, greatly reducing thedifficulty of software development and development time.Database system for the buoy stored communications and storage characteristics,design a database system based on Access database, database management andsecurity to do some research.The system is almost in the specified waters months of sea trials, the stability ofthe system performance can be better to work with the buoy system, basically meetthe needs of the project. In addition, software developers try to follow the modulardesign, system upgrades and secondary development is favorable, the latter accordingto the increase in demand on the system for further development and use of softwareto improve survival cycle.
